At WITR Perfume Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, sealed cellophane wrapping and branded box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
